I have a DXF file (vector). How do I change it to a raster file like JPEG?

I did my house diagams on a Generic Cadd program and converted them to DXF and DWG (Auto CAD)files. I don't have those programs any longer and want to convert them to JPEG files so anyone can see them. I can do it, but they always turn out so blocky you can't read the numbers. Is there a high quality solution to changing vector files like these to raster...JPEG files?
