What can I use to convert a video frm quicktime format to either AVI or WMV formats?? Help please!!?

I have done a video on my camera and it's come out in a quicktime format and to do what iwant with it it needs to be in either AVI or WMV formats. I just need a prgram to convert it. Only I can't find one that does it. help me please.
