What are fradulent sites?

Sometimes what they do, especially for poetry, is they say that they will publish it in their book. They tell everyone that submits a poem that it will be published. And they do publish it. They create a book of everyone who submits poetry. Then they tell you that if want to see your published work, you must buy their book for $50.00 or more dollars. I have had this happen before.
