Middle Eastern Ancestor? (Help PLEASE)?

Okay, here's the story....I have a ancestor, her maiden name was Roxy Lang. I looked up her last name, and she has a Ashkenazi Jewish last name. But, she was marked as Black along with her husband (who's for sure Black) his name Releford Lloyd. Also her last name is Vietnames, so it's really confusing me. Ancestry work is hard!
