How do the Gentiles prosper as to having the word of God after Christ ascended, say the last 150 years?

Effectively Paul contrived to extend the covenant between god and the Hebrews to the unwashed mes. Of course, he had no authority to do so and no justification but what he contrived himself. He was, quite possibly, the world's greatest con artist and marketing expert. He sold the world nothing, and the world is still buying it!
