What are the side effects of a cat ingests phenol or hydrogen peroxide?

not sure about the phenol but hydrogen peroxide will make him throw up. its not toxic but will cause vomiting. vets use it when they need an animal to vomit because it ingested a chemical. phenol i am not sure on. you should call the er vet and see what they say
