Still looking for a suspenceful movie like disturbia?

This movie must be PG 13 and no stuff with so my 11 year old brother can watch.Not gory or something that wont let you sleep for weeks but something that keeps you on the edge of your seat.I still want it to be a horror film though.Disturbia is like that so I want something like disturbia.
