Need as Much as advice as I can Get!!?

Me and my parents have owned are own land and Mortgaged are Double wide mobile home for 13 years. In June we started having water coming from are front window unit in the living room, then in July I left for two weeks to CA and when I returned more things started taking shape. For instance in my bathroom and my parents on the Ceiling their was Black mold that started getting really bad and still is, are hot water tank is 3" below the floor. Are mortgage/ Finance company Green Tree had a Insurance Home Inspector to take pictures and to see what they could do. The inspector came took the pictures and told my dad that all of this was happening cause of Manufacturers defect, not putting up flashing in places where it was supposed to have been. Are Manufacturer told us their was nothing they could do about it and trying to say it was not their fault, and Green Tree told us they could not help either. So my dad who's a disabled veteran, can't work makes small monthly checks has decided to stop paying the mortgage company cause it was either A. we stay at the home well were all getting sick or B. we get out and get an Apt. We could not afford to pay both. Well We have talked to over 100 lawyers who all told us pretty much the same as the others: They could not help with are situation. I live In NH the Northern Part and I know are case Is no longer to be able to be fought and we can't fix the home cause we would have to tear it all down and build from scratch. But I want to try and see what I can do to Make a difference for others who come in some what the same situation as us. To try and p a law and try and find a way to get a lawyer to fight the types of cases. I want to help others so others may have a chance. My mother cries everyday and it saddens me cause their not a damn thing i really can do. She paid for the land back in 1997, but the finance company gets to keep the land when they foreclose. My mom lived in MA in the projects so when she got this place it was like a dream come true. She can't work cause of her bad eyesight but I just really need a lot of advice so that others like us can get the help they deserve.
