Judy Garland Video Tape Question?

ok, so i found this old VHS tape about Judy Garland, i think narrated by her daughter. In it, it just shows Judy's life and her auditions, struggles with drugs, relationships, her father dying, ect. I was wondering if that really is Judy in there playing herself or someone who looks like her? I'm sorry, I don't know the name of the tape right now, but I'll post it once it goes to commercial again, sorry.
