I need help on what to write in a citation page.?

Im writng an outline for a speech I have to say this tuesday. But my outline is due tommorrow (Monday). Im supposed to cite where I got my information from and how I know this but the problem is, is that everything thats cited I already knew just from experience and profound knowledge on my subject. I know I shouldnt cite myself because I would probably get deducted points. Btw Im speaking about clical music and appreaciating it. I know almost every aspect of clical music history and how everything worked, but like I said I cant cite myself. I even worte quotations from composers and everything and didnt use any books or internet. Any suggestions on how I should go about this? Thanks alot btw.
