I need everybody,Do you know were to find large yet narrow shoes?

I need your istance. I'm a high scholar and I unfortunately inherited long narrow feet. I’m 14 and I were a 12 ½, 2A in women’s shoes. My church /dress shoes are now beaten up 2 years does wonders on suede .Well now all I have are these Flats that aren't meant to be worn by my age group, Now I need a decent pump that shortens up my foot appearance and fits nicely on my narrow heel. Help me por favor there’s a wedding coming up and I've got no shoes that look decent enough to wear.
