Do you think Heath Ledger committed suicide? He took multiple sleeping medications he shouldn't of been prescr?

He supposely took at least 3 different sleeping pills. I would think when he's getting his medication he would of wrote down that he's taking other sleeping pills if he was taking it at nearly the same time so the doctor wouldn't of prescribed it. It just seems fishy to me.
