A bad idea thinking of her health?

Yes, it's a bad idea but no one will know if she doesn't SPEAK UP. If she's going to go only in order to keep peace and not upset the other relatives then she'll have to put up with the trip even if she doesn't want to..... her fault. However, maybe they already got authorization from the doctor and her health isn't as bad after all, otherwise they'd be really stupid to be taking her in a trip like this..... I want to think that at least they checked with the doctor if this was appropriate and feasible. They should respect her wishes regardless of her health condition but if she doesn't speak up then she shouldn't complain either.
