Oily walls..lead paint?

lets see to begin with, i read that nearly all hosues in australia and ythe u,s that are made in 1970 and older houses have a higher percentage of having lead paint in their houses and right now im not sure, because suddenly today, my room smells weird like its smells sweet like candy for no reason and a part of one of the walls looks like its oily like yeah, its like oil leaking out of the paint and slithering down a long line and stuff, and it happened today so im not sure, i've expeireneced slow reaction times today and and keep on getting typos and i RARELY get typos, im not entirely sure why but is it the lead paint? could someone help me on this? im totally afraid of my room now
